With over 45 years in the construction industry, Ron has earned the trust of his clients, subcontractors, and notable architects. Working across styles from Craftsman to Moorish to Modern, he’s done it all. Ron also has Mills Act and historic restoration experience and is a member of the West Adams Heritage Society.  

Ron not only manages all phases of a project but has personally performed all subcontractor roles. This hands-on experience gives him a unique perspective on the entire construction process; few others can estimate project costs as well as Ron. He’s a proven permit expediter who knows the intricacies of every job, from laying the foundation to installing the roof. This knowledge allows for efficient project management, better communication with both clients and subcontractors, and an ability to foresee and resolve issues before they become problems.
